Job role:-
This person is needed to develop our Analytics capability across different areas like – Attrition, CAMS, reporting and other priorities. The Analytics based models to be deployed will also provide input to the PCMM recertification journey. The SSPl will also support other programs in the FHRE team. You can reach out to Dipak Patel in Omesh Saraf’s Analytics team for a typical role description etc. We should look at people from Consulting who have done HR Analytics for this role. It may be challenging to find this person internally so we should open an external search simultaneously.
