How to find a perfect job for you


1)Explore Your Qualities and Interests :-Before searching a job ask yourself what are the qualities you have which you can
love to do in work place write down all these points.Because unless you dont explore yourself you can't decide what will
suit you most remember evry field is good and have equal opportunities if you will love your work and work hard on that
then you can reach extreme of that Post.

Since choosing  a job in which you are not interested but you are going because of good salary or anyother reason will not
give you satisfaction anyway.
for eg:-suppose you are an software engineer then its not compulsory that go for coding you can also go for testing
,mainframe etc field jobs if you are not a fluent coder.
2)Set Real Standards for satisfaction:-This mean that dont expect too much which is not realistic set normal standards for
job satisfaction which is realistic.
3)Research:-Research about employers in which you are applying explore what their past records ,their current work
culture,their stability etc.
4)Keep learning and Enhancing knowledge:-Because unless you improve your knowledge  you will not get what you want in job
as knowledge is like gold
