Technical Qualification:-
An experience in a International BPO (Voice Profile) preferred.
Calling experience preferred.
Experience in handling customer queries / customer care preferred.
Good accounting skills, analytical skills and accuracy with numbers.
Demonstrates Good listening & Retention Skills; writing and presentation skills.
Hands on knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications.
Excellent Communication skills required.
Flexible with 24x7 shifts.
